Partnership

The method of establishing business is done with three tools; (a) teaching (b) mentorship and (c) lending (microfinance). This corresponds to three keywords in the vision; develop, support and create a prerequisite for.

Partners

  • The work is carried out together with a local partner.
  • He / she is locally responsible and coordinates project participants locally and is a contact between IKTUS and project participants.
  • The partner helps IKTUS organize seminars and conferences and collaborates in mentoring, as well as administers the loan on a local basis.
  • The partner is a person with integrity, competence, good teamwork and a Christian value base, who is well-acquainted with local conditions.

Tools

Developteaching: The aim of the education, in addition to establishing a new opportunity thinking, is to establish:

  • A long-term, targeted thinking.
  • An understanding of long-term value creation
  • Correct moral / ethical values.
  • A healthy financial thinking.
  • Develop professional skills.

Supportmentorship:

  • Participants in the project meet regularly to share experiences and support each other.
  • Regular follow-up takes place from IKTUS’s side with advice and support.
  • IKTUS members can “adopt” project participants and be mentors.

Create conditionslending (micro lending):

  • Generally, smaller projects are selected with a funding requirement of up to about $ 500, and relatively short repayment time – no more than 1-2 years. In this way, capital can work efficiently and re-invest at short intervals in new projects.
  • Lented capital is repaid enl. settled plan where inflation, and currency losses are compensated.
  • No interest is charged on the borrowed capital. Instead, successful projects may share the profit with IKTUS in some subsequent years.
