The vision is formulated as follows:

“An elaborate hand not only for giving but for raising from poverty, hopelessness and humiliation, by developing, supporting and creating the prerequisite for the human being’s ability to support and create prosperity through the work of their hands.”

Convictions

The vision is based on a number of beliefs.

• That we, as humans, are set in an incredibly rich creation, with incredibly rich development opportunities. Creation is a raw material with processing opportunities that we can use without violating it.
• That we humans are richly equipped with different abilities and talents, and when we use them they grow, but that are slumbering and ineffective unless we use them.
• That there is a “natural law” about growth and creation of increased value when we use our inherent ability to improve the creation we live in.
• That man himself is the key to the process, but also can be the biggest obstacle through wrong though patterns and motivational foundations.
• By principle, every human being, regardless of circumstances, with the right support, has the potential to work in this process.

Key

The key to change is first and foremost not a change of external conditions without an internal change – changed mindset. Therefore teaching is the most important tool for seeing the vision realized, and the very reason for the success of the other efforts. The purpose of the teaching is to replace an incorrect mindset for a new possibility of thinking in accordance with the above-mentioned beliefs.
